“If you are coming to Budapest to buy real estate and need help, it is simply a statement of fact that using Monika's help through the process is a wise choice. I recently moved here with my wife and three small children from the US and quite simply could not have managed the process without the help of her. For those that are unaware of the Hungarian process, if you are a buyer and need help purchasing a house in Hungary it is highly recommended to obtain the help of a buyer’s agent, though unfortunately for foreigners they may not always be easy to find.
So, in employing Monika to be your agent you get someone who speaks English well, and knows everything about the real estate business in this country. When you begin looking for houses, she will do all the leg work and call the opposing agents/owners in getting all the information you could require. She will then narrow things down to fit your tastes, bargain with the seller, and sit through the contract phase in order to bring the deal to a close.
If she just did that, she would still be worth it, but in my case she also helped me find a lawyer to file my immigration/residency application with the authorities (and sat there with me and the kids and wife while we applied), checked on the best places to live in, helped to open a bank account and get mobile phones, called schools to help us choose where to send the kids, etc. She even helped me find a loan to purchase a house, which is almost impossible for an American. Put simply, she made a crazy move across the world tolerable for myself and family, and did so in a very professional way.
I wouldn’t just recommend her, I would suggest that the real estate process is daunting without her in your corner. If you have any questions you can contact me through Monika for any help with the process or verification of my story.” Timothy from Usa, Nevada

„She is friendly, focused and thorough, listens carefully about what you want out of your life and searches for properties on your behalf. She gives honest feedback about all the properties. We would never have been able to sort it out alone. Also her help was crucial to the negotiations with the seller and at the utility companies.” Matt and Lucy from Guernsey

„Without her the buying prosess would have been a huge struggle. We are glad to have found her, and highly recommend her.” Luke and Liz from England

„We are very happy with the way Monika seamlessly managed everything for us, she understood exactly what we needed and searched for properties as if she were using our own eyes. In doing so she saved us a lot of time, energy and expense. We highly recommend her services to anyone searching for properties in Budapest.” Zoli and Ildi, Hungary

“Monika’s help allowed my move to Hungary to be easy and pleasant, she organized and managed every detail necessary to choose the right house. The process was simple and direct; she emailed specifications, pictures and layouts of many potential properties that matched my needs. Choosing ones that seemed more suitable we slowly built a list of prospects. One morning I received a message with just these words, “Buy the ticket! :-) ”.  From the plans and pictures that followed, it appeared she had found the right one. I visited Hungary soon after and together we went through each property in our shortlist leaving the one she favoured last. The moment I saw this cozy house and its well kept garden I realised my search was over and once this important step had been taken, legalities and switching ownership followed without delays or language difficulties.
I wholeheartedly recommend Monika to anyone considering moving to Budapest, for in just over a month she found the best home I could hope for and moreover while getting used to life in Hungary, has on many occasions gladly offered her assistance smoothing out small issues that arise and test new comers who don’t yet speak the language.” Ian from Malta
